Every part of the practice, in one system
ComplySquare covers statutory compliance end to end — from the rulebook that decides what applies, to the export a partner asks for on a Friday evening.
Compliance tracker
One tracker for every category — GST, TDS and TCS, income tax, ROC — rather than a page per category. Filter by financial year, period, category and type; save the views your team actually works from. A row opens in a drawer with the full record behind it: the period, the rule that dated it, the status, who it is assigned to, and everything that has happened to it.
Backlog cleanup is one gesture. Filter to what no longer applies, select everything matching, and mark it — up to two thousand rows in a single confirmed step, with one line written to the audit log recording exactly what was matched and what was changed.

Clients and registrations
A client record holds what the compliance engine reads from: entity type, registrations with their effective dates, key people, and the facts that change from one financial year to the next. Change a fact and the obligations that depend on it follow.
Clients can be grouped, and the group travels into filters and exports, so a family of entities can be worked and reported as one.

Notices and appeal chains
A notice is not an event, it is the start of something. ComplySquare records the proceeding and keeps its timeline in forum order — assessing officer, CIT(A), ITAT, High Court, Supreme Court — so the next hearing and the last order are in the same place, on the client whose matter it is.

Tasks
Not every piece of work is a statutory filing. Tasks cover the rest — assigned, dated, and sitting in the same worklist as the compliance that prompted them.

Reports and exports
Pick an entity, apply the filters you already use, tick the columns you want, and take it as Excel or PDF. The row count is shown before the download runs, so an export never surprises you with what it contained.

See it against your own book
A demo runs on your clients and your obligations, not a sample dataset.
